Founder and CEO, MONKEY GROUP
Erle Dardick is a restaurant catering veteran, off-premise thought leader, entrepreneur and author, best known for helping multi-unit brands and restaurant operators create successful off-premise revenue channels.
Beginning in 1997 as owner of Vancouver-based Tony's Deli & Catering Company, Erle created The 5 Pillars of Successful Takeout, Delivery & Catering, which has since become the leading strategic framework for the restaurant and foodservice industry.
This led to the development of MONKEY, the #1 cloud-based platform for takeout, delivery and catering.
Today, as Founder and CEO of Monkey Group, Erle leads Catering Insights providing media, events and advocacy for the off-premise segment, The Catering Institute, providing training and certification in restaurant off-premise for multi-unit operators, and MonkeyMedia Software.
Erle earned his MBA at Simon Fraser University, and lives in Vancouver with his wife and three children.

Mo is an expert at aligning technology development and corporate strategy to enable MonkeyMedia Software to anticipate, shape and lead major market trends. As part of his duties, he directs technology and operational innovation across the company.
Mo is responsible for the day-to-day operations for the company including sales, operations, growth initiatives and investments in strategic alliances. Customer success is his first priority and is the groundwork of the culture that he sets with his team. Mo is passionate about helping customers achieve high levels of accomplishment and productivity through the use of technology inside organizations. Mo’s emphasis on leadership and people development is geared towards creating an inclusive, diverse workspace where everyone can contribute and reach their full potential.

Andriy has been with MONKEY Group for almost ten years, bringing extensive experience in private and public companies and a proven record of achievements in the areas of leadership, finance, change management, and client relations.
VP, The Catering Institute
As VP, Tracy’s role is to help multi-unit restaurant concepts develop, implement and grow their catering program, focusing on strategic program planning and educational training. Tracy has been in the restaurant industry for nearly 25 years working in positions such as Marketing Manager, Sales Director, Regional Catering Sales, and National Account Manager, with concepts such as Ruby Tuesday, Landry’s Seafood and Boston Market.

A professional journalist and editor of Off-Premise Insights. Her previous work has been published in national, industry-leading magazines and newspapers, websites and blogs such as USA Today, FastCasual.com and Restaurant Development + Design. For more than 20 years, Valerie has met business objectives by planning, creating and revising quality written content focused on industry best practices. She now works to organize and communicate brand strategies as they pertain to restaurant delivery, takeout and catering.
